A collaboration between STARR Restaurants' wine program and biodynamic Willamette Valley producer Brooks Wine, this private-label Pinot Noir was blind-tasted and blended by STARR's wine team with Brooks' winemakers to suit the group's range of cuisines. It is produced and bottled in Oregon's Willamette Valley and poured exclusively at STARR restaurants.
