Boyer de Bar Les Peyrarols Chardonnay 2022

Boyer-De Bar was founded in 2008 by Burgundy winemaker Vincent Boyer, long at the helm of his family's Domaine Boyer-Martenot, and Emmanuel Lucas De Bar, who owns vineyards in the Herault. The certified-organic Chardonnay comes from a vineyard planted in 2003 in the Herault valley on sandy clay and limestone soils, and Vincent handles the winemaking in Burgundy. It ferments with ambient yeast and is aged 12 months in barrel (20% new), then 8 months in concrete eggs, and is bottled as Vin de France.
