Bushido is a canned sake brand honoring the Japanese warrior code, brewed at Kizakura Shuzo in Kyoto. This Ginjo Genshu is milled to a 60% seimaibuai and bottled undiluted (genshu) at a robust 18% ABV, giving it more intensity and depth than a typical ginjo.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of tart raspberry, Asian pear and white flowers lead into a palate of crisp pear and watermelon rind with a spicy finish.
