Pineau Park is produced by Maison Cognac Park (Distillerie Tessendier) in Jarnac under the Pineau des Charentes Appellation Controlee. It blends fresh Charentais grape must (50% Montils, 30% Colombard, 20% Ugni Blanc) with the house's own Cognac eau-de-vie (aged a minimum of 24 months), resting six months in steel before 2-4 years total aging with at least 12 months in lightly toasted oak.

Pairing Recommendation

Serve chilled over ice, or use in place of vermouth in cocktails.
