Domaine Albert Mann is a family estate in Wettolsheim, Alsace, farmed biodynamically. This Cremant d'Alsace is a blend of 87% Pinot Blanc, 5% Pinot Gris and 7% Pinot Noir, grown on clay-limestone, sand and gravel soils from vines averaging about 30 years old (2022 harvest, an early and heterogeneous vintage).
