Domaine Clotilde Davenne farms 1.9 hectares around Prehy in the Cotes d'Auxerre, near Chablis, working fruit from numerous premier and grand cru sites across Burgundy. This Cremant de Bourgogne Rose is 100% Pinot Noir, made by the traditional method and aged 18 months on the lees.
