Profile & Story
Domaine Figuiere farms organically across a hundred hectares of Cotes de Provence around La Londe-les-Maures, run by the Combard family. The Signature 'Magali' rose -- named for Magali Combard, the estate's sales director -- blends Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from three terroirs (La Londe's micaceous schist, Barbeiranne's clay-limestone, and Clos Fanny's schist); 13% ABV, low-pressure pneumatic pressing, cool stainless-steel fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Elegant, golden-pink color, clear and transparent; nose of fresh flowers and eucalyptus with subtle smoky, toasty notes, plus juicy yellow-fleshed fruit (melon, peach) and tropical hints of pineapple and mango; well-balanced palate with citrus-zest freshness through the finish.

Pave of sea bream with vegetable risotto, hazelnuts and parmesan.
