Profile & Story
Firmin Dezat is the 18th generation of his family to grow grapes in Sancerre; when his father retired in 2020 he split off his own domaine (Vignerons de Pere en Fils), based in Verdigny, farming organically (Culture Biologique) across Sancerre, Pouilly-Fume and Menetou-Salon.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with slight green tints; expressive nose of citrus, white flowers and tropical fruit; good acidity reinforces the aromatic profile on the palate.
