Profile & Story
The Garrault family has grown grapes in Sancerre for over ten generations, based in the village of Verdigny. This rose is 100% Pinot Noir from 30+ year old vines in Verdigny and Sury-en-Vaux on caillottes soil, direct-pressed, fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in stainless steel; sustainably farmed.
Tasting Notes
Per Vinous (2025, 93 points): floral aromas of pressed rose petal, jasmine, rosewater, tarragon and hibiscus, with purity and proper Sancerre minerality on the palate.
