Champagne Ponson is a sixth-generation grower estate in La Petite Montagne (Montagne de Reims), now run by brothers Maxime and Camille Ponson, practicing organic and biodynamic viticulture with minimal intervention (native yeasts, no fining or filtration, low SO2). Their Premier Cru 'La Petite Montagne' cuvee is a blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, aged 8 months in tank/concrete then 4-5 years on the lees.
