Grower-producer family farming since 1956, own-Champagne since 1973; today run by Christophe & Christine with children Roland & Laura, 9 hectares in Côte des Bar. Matured in stainless steel, ~60% reserve wines (solera-style), 1.5–2 years bottle aging.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant nose of golden apple, citrus zest, and orchard fruit, with subtle sea-spray minerality. The elegant, creamy mousse carries impressive complexity and freshness.
