La Jara is a family-run, certified-organic (ICEA) winery in Prosecco DOC, ~50km north of Venice, organic since 2003. 100% Glera, Charmat/Martinotti method, Zero Dosage.
Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow. The perlage is fine and persistent. Fine scent of delicate yeasts, white flowers and grapefruit. Fresh, velvety, creamy and dry.
