Domaine de Montbourgeau is a family-run organic estate in L'Etoile, Jura, founded in 1920 and known for traditional Jura winemaking. This Cremant is a blend of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Pinot Noir aged at least 18 months on lees; "Brut Zero" means no dosage is added after disgorgement.

Tasting Notes

Expressive nose of green apple, lemon zest and white peach, accented by notes of fresh bread, almond and a subtle chalky minerality; crisp and vibrant on the palate with a fine mousse, refreshing acidity, and a bone-dry finish.
