Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand, three generations old, sits in the center of Pupillin in the heart of the Arbois appellation; Mikael Crinquand tends the estate's 5.5 hectares organically, alongside seventy cows raised for Comte milk and grain and cereal crops. The vineyards, on severe slopes within the area known as "La Bidode," are farmed organically and harvested entirely by hand; this bottling is drawn from the domaine's oldest Ploussard vines.
