Profile & Story
Maison Saleya takes its name from the Cours Saleya, the historic flower market on Nice's Mediterranean shorefront. The wine is sourced from vineyards on the sun-soaked, Mistral-swept Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, where granitic, schisty soils and proximity to the sea shape the fruit.
Tasting Notes
A pale rose-salmon color introduces aromas of ripe tropical fruit, tangerine, and a whisper of ginger. The palate is broad and rich, with raspberry, red currant, and dark cherry carrying through to a long, rich finish. Grenache lends fullness and red fruit while Cinsault contributes freshness and balance.

An easy aperitif that also suits rustic, summery fare, barbecue, and casual dining.
