Château d'Astros is a 600-hectare organic estate in the heart of the Var, Provence, combining 80 hectares of vines with apple orchards, historic buildings, and a landmark castle. La Belle Vie is the estate's ode to the Provençal way of life - an AOP Côtes de Provence rosé blending Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre, grown on the estate's austere limestone soil, and certified organic (FR-BIO-01).
Tasting Notes
A delicate Côtes de Provence rosé, opening with aromas of peach, grapefruit, and white pepper. The palate is generous and balanced, carried by notes of yellow fruit and citrus, underscored by a lovely freshness on the finish.
