Chateau Barbanau is a pioneer of organic and biodynamic farming in the Cotes de Provence, set on a single-parcel estate between the calanques of Cassis and the Sainte-Baume nature park. L'Instant is a rose blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.
Tasting Notes
A delicately salmon-pink color with an aromatic bouquet of fresh flowers, small red fruits and a gentle hint of citrus; balanced structure with pleasant acidity and a refreshing, drinkable finish.
