Goldschmidt Vineyards is the life's work of husband-and-wife team Nick and Yolyn Goldschmidt, New Zealand natives who have spent decades crafting vineyard-specific wines across California. Singing Tree is barrel-fermented with partial malolactic fermentation and aged in French oak, sourced from cool, fog-influenced sites in the Russian River Valley.
Tasting Notes
Medium to light straw in color, with aromas of ripe melon, lemon, gun flint and wet stone alongside a subtle starfruit character; minimal oak lends hints of fresh ground nutmeg to support the structure.
