Upwell is a collaboration between Eric Clemons of Coeur Wine Company and a group of California's young winemakers, created to fill a gap for high-quality, small-production, affordably priced California wine. This bottling blends 85% Cabernet Sauvignon with 15% Petite Sirah, fermented in stainless steel and aged in stainless steel and oak.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and approachable, with blackberry and cassis fruit alongside hints of oak and vanilla on a full-bodied, food-friendly palate.
