La gran nave is only 3,000 bottles from an specific parcel of 0.8-hectare in Canopus vineyard. The wine seeks the clear definition of what a Malbec can bring in a cool climate and calcareous soil in El Cepillo, Uco Valley. We worked with meticulous observation and precise data on the conditions of block 5, its sandy and calcaire soils, and its low temperatures. As a result, the grapes have smaller berries. The power of this wine lies in its fresh black fruit, its herbal notes, and above all, its pronounced yet not incisive tannic structure. The acidity is also a hallmark of these local conditions.
