Biblia Chora 'Biblinos' Rosé

Ktima Biblia Chora was established in 2001 by winemakers Vassilis Tsaktsarlis and Vangelis Gerovassiliou at the foot of Mount Pangeon in Kokkinochori, Kavala, where they built a 35-hectare organic model vineyard. Biblinos is made from an unidentified red grape variety discovered on the slopes of Pangeon; years of research and DNA testing showed it to be an old vine that matches no known modern Greek or foreign variety, and the estate vinifies it as a rosé without prior skin maceration.
