Ktima Biblia Chora was founded in 2001 by winemakers Vassilis Tsaktsarlis and Vangelis Gerovassiliou at the foot of Mount Pangeon in Kavala, where the estate farms a 35-hectare organic model vineyard. The Estate Red blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small percentage of Agiorgitiko, aged twelve months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple to blackish red, the wine offers inviting aromas of ripe red fruit, blackcurrant and sweet chocolate, expansive in the mouth with a backbone of velvety tannins and a persistent finish.

Complements red and barbecued meats, hearty oven roasts, cold deli cuts and soft cheeses.
