Ktima Driopi is part of the Tselepos portfolio, built around a nine-hectare vineyard purchased in 2003 in Koutsi, Nemea, at 380 meters, and dedicated to the Agiorgitiko grape. Driopi Classic is aged eight to ten months in used French oak.
Tasting Notes
The wine shows pronounced aromas of red fruit, nuts and sweet spice with a vanilla finish, dry with balanced acidity and soft, velvety tannins.
Pairing Recommendation
Recommended with meat dishes in light red sauces, white meats such as chicken with hilopites, giouvetsi with eggplant purée, or octopus cooked in vinegar.
