Champagne Nominé-Renard was founded in 1960 and is based in Villevenard, in the Vallée de la Marne, where the family farms roughly 20 sustainably managed hectares across the slopes of the Petit Morin, the Sézannais and the Marne valley. Each parcel and grape variety — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier — is pressed and vinified separately to preserve its terroir before blending. The Brut Rosé leans on a high proportion of Chardonnay, which the house says gives the wine its sensuality and elegance.
