Domaine Pernot Père & Fils is a small family estate in Brochon, near Gevrey-Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits, now in its fourth generation under winemaker Pascal Pernot, who trained at Dijon's wine university and continues the family's tradition of delicate wines with gentle oak handling.
