About the Wine
Hailing from the meticulously and organically farmed Shake Ridge Ranch, this wine is an embodiment of the volcanic-rich soils, layered quartz, basalt, shale, and soapstone that are found in this magical vineyard. These beautiful grapes are a co-fermented blend of 60% Grenache 25% Mourvedre, and 15% whole-cluster Tempranillo that saw native yeast and bacteria fermentation, a combination of concrete vessel and neutral French oak aging, along with gentle racking for a natural filtering effect. 100% single vineyard | 100 cases produced
