Ca' del Bosco's Cuvée Prestige is the house's flagship Franciacorta. Born in 1976 as 'Franciacorta Pinot', it became Cuvée Prestige in 2005 and added 'Edizione' from the 2017 harvest. The current edition blends Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero from 240 certified-organic vineyards (88% 2023 vintage wines, with reserve wines from 2022 and 2021); each bunch is washed and dried, with 7 months' fermentation and 25 months on the lees. Extra Brut, 12.5%.
