Domaine Justin Boxler farms Grand Cru sites in Alsace, including Sommerberg (Niedermorschwihr), Brand (Turckheim), Wineck-Schlossberg (Katzenthal) and Florimont (Ingersheim). Its Grand Cru Rieslings come from steep, south-facing slopes — largely granite 'à deux micas' — and are hand-harvested, slowly pressed over about six hours, fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts in century-old oak foudres and aged on fine lees for close to a year.
