Ferrari Rosé (Trentodoc) is made from a cuvée of Pinot Noir, vinified as a rosé, and Chardonnay grown in mountain vineyards in the most suitable areas of Trentino and harvested by hand. It rests on the lees in the Ferrari cellars for a minimum of twenty months. First produced in 1969; 12.5% alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Elegant copper colour tending towards antique pink, with a persistent, harmonious perlage. The bouquet is distinct and of remarkable finesse, with a fresh fragrance of hawthorn flowers and hints of currants and wild strawberries. The flavour is essential and elegant, with a delicate background of sweet almond and a touch of aromatic perfume, and remarkable persistence.
Pairing Recommendation
Serve at 8 °C in a tulip glass.
