Profile & Story
Sant Ambroeus began in Milan in 1936, when two pastry chefs opened a pasticceria and confetteria near the Teatro alla Scala, naming it after Sant'Ambrogio, the patron saint of Milan. It became synonymous with Milanese style and quality, opening its first New York location on Madison Avenue in 1982. This Prosecco is bottled under the Sant Ambroeus house name.
