Minuty is a third-generation family estate in Gassin, Cotes de Provence. Prestige Blanc, created over 25 years ago by Jean-Etienne and Francois Matton, is 100% Rolle (Vermentino) from a selection of the finest Provence terroirs, fermented at low temperature with no malolactic fermentation.
