La Commanderie de Peyrassol is a 13th-century Cotes de Provence estate founded by the Knights Templar, owned by Philippe Austruy since 2001. Les Commandeurs is Peyrassol's organic-grape branded rose range, sourced from carefully selected Provence terroirs alongside the estate's own vines.
Tasting Notes
Small wild berries lifted by a fine touch of juniper on the nose. Lively and energetic on the palate, with hints of exotic citrus, closing vibrant and tangy.
