Founded in 1895, La Cave de Ribeauvillé has been recognized for its excellence in winemaking, earning the title of “Cellar of the Year” by Revue des Vins de France and Wine & Spirits USA. Located in the heart of the Alsace wine route, cradle of exceptional terroirs. We own 245 hectares of vines on 7 Grands Crus. La cave is owned by its winegrowers, with the 6th generation currently leading the way with their passion and expertise. The harvest is entirely done by hand and we follow strict sustainable farming procedures and our wines are crafted by Evelyne, in-house oenologist. Since 2004, our dedication to organic practices led us to become the first cooperative structure in Alsace to be certified HVE 3 (High Environmental Value level 3).
