Profile & Story
Delas Freres has cultivated vineyards on the steep granite slopes of the northern Rhone for over 160 years; Saint-Esprit is their signature Cotes du Rhone blend, patiently crafted mainly from Grenache and Syrah with small amounts of other traditional Rhone varieties, grown under long-term grower contracts.
Tasting Notes
Deep, dark plum-like color with classic Syrah-led aromatics of berry fruit, violet and licorice; a full, rounded palate with delicate tannins.

Pairs with flank steak, potato rösti and sautéed chanterelles.
