Profile & Story

Domaines Ott was founded in 1896 by Alsatian engineer Marcel Ott, and Chateau de Selle, on stony, low-yield limestone hillsides in the Cotes de Provence, was the estate's first acquisition. The rosé is a blend led by Grenache, with Cinsault, Mourvedre and Syrah rounding out the wine.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink with golden tints; a complex nose of white peach and citrus, lightly toasted, carries through to a vibrant, mineral-driven palate with an elegant, lingering finish.

Pairing Recommendation

Pairs well with flambeed or glazed monkfish and vegetables, grilled poultry in sauce, or fruit desserts.
