Domaine Durand is a three-generation family estate farmed by brothers Eric and Joel Durand from the hamlet of Les Epsailles in Crezancy-en-Sancerre, dedicated to wines that stay true to the Sancerre appellation. The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel to preserve its aromatic freshness, then matured a few months on fine lees before bottling.
