Weingut Aichenberg was founded in 1983 by the Schachenhuber family around the village of Niederrussbach in Austria's Weinviertel, taking its name from a nearby vineyard site called 'Aichen.' The roughly 15-hectare estate farms sustainably alongside modern winemaking technology.
Tasting Notes
Peppery aromas alongside apricot, lemon and apple; the palate is dry and well-balanced, finishing with the variety's characteristic mineral note.
