Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro is a red sparkling wine from the hills around Castelvetro in Emilia-Romagna, made from the Grasparossa biotype of the Lambrusco family - a thicker-skinned, later-ripening grape that gives Lambrusco's most deeply colored, structured wines. It is traditionally served lightly chilled alongside the region's rich cured meats and cuisine.
Tasting Notes
Deep violet-ruby with a persistent foam collar, bright red-berry and violet aromas, and the characteristic gentle fizz and refreshing acidity of Lambrusco Grasparossa.
