Lemon Melon comes from Vins Nus, architect-turned-winemaker Alfredo Arribas's natural-wine project in Montsant. The cuvée blends Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris from organically farmed vines averaging 25 years old, grown on a mix of slate and red clay, picked in two passes to capture both citrus brightness and riper stone-fruit character.
