Profile & Story
Barrialto is a micro-winery in Sanlúcar de Barrameda's Barrio Alto, working old-vine Palomino without fortification to make natural, terroir-driven whites. Aranzá comes from a single half-hectare parcel of 60-year-old bush vines on pure albariza soil, fermented spontaneously in old Manzanilla casks and aged on the lees before bottling unfined.
Tasting Notes
Honeyed red apple, baked pear and roasted orange peel lead into a palate of bread dough and marmalade, lifted by a bright lemon-peel edge — a Sherry-country white made without any fortification.
