Profile & Story
The Bohigas family has farmed this stretch of the Anoia river valley in Penedès since 1290, working higher and cooler vineyards than the Cava houses downstream. Better known for their Cava, the estate also bottles this still Xarel·lo — a variety prized for holding its freshness through extended lees aging — from organically farmed estate fruit.
Tasting Notes
Platinum in the glass, with delicate aromas of pear and almond blossom lifted by a hint of sea spray. The palate is airy and fresh, green apple and Asian pear carried by a mouthwatering citrus edge.
