Celler Frisach farms organic Grenache Blanc in Corbera d'Ebre, in the Terra Alta hills of southern Catalonia. La Foradada begins with a brief maceration on its skins before fermenting and resting on its lees for nearly a year in stainless steel, unfined, unfiltered and without added sulfites.

Tasting Notes

An aromatic white built around wild Mediterranean herbs, aromatic flowers and a touch of honey, with a vibrant, saline palate and a long mineral finish.
