Dakishvili Family Selection was founded by Giorgi Dakishvili in 2002 in the village of Shalauri, Kakheti, known for small-batch, high-quality winemaking with bottlings limited to 500-5,000 bottles per release. The Cuvee Amber is a blend of the Georgian endemic grape varieties Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, and Kisi, grown in the family's estate vineyards in the village of Kondoli on the right bank of the Alazani River, fermented and matured in qvevri per the UNESCO-recognized Georgian traditional method. ABV 13%.
