Giorgi Solomnishvili's family winery is based in Telavi, Kakheti, producing small-batch wines (20,000-25,000 bottles/year) using qvevri technology. The 'WE' Saperavi is produced from 30-year-old vines at 500m altitude and aged in oak. ABV 13.5%.

Tasting Notes

Dry, full-bodied, smooth tannins. Notes of blackberries, toast, smoke, vanilla, chocolate, and tobacco.
