Uzunashvili's Cellar is led by 11th-generation winemaker Vazha Uzunashvili in the village of Mukuzani, Kakheti, carrying on over 35 years of family winemaking. Udedo, a rare and little-known Georgian grape variety, is fermented in qvevri following the traditional Georgian method. ABV 13%.
Tasting Notes
Dry, medium-bodied. Notes of McIntosh apple, nectarine, white and yellow plums, lime zest, and salinity.
