The domaine was founded in 1935 by Camille Rousseau; his grandson Denis Jamain took over in the early 1990s and farms biodynamically - the only biodynamic producer in Reuilly. In Reuilly, pale-pink-skinned Pinot Gris is the traditional grape for rose, and this cuvee is 100% Pinot Gris.
Tasting Notes
A pale, Provence-hued dry rose (vin gris) with aromas of grapefruit, citrus and peach and touches of strawberry and mineral; silky, lightly spicy and stone-fruited with refreshing acidity.
