Moric is Roland Velich's project (founded 2001) that redefined Blaufrankisch in Burgenland, working exceptionally old vineyards - 50 to over 100 years - around Neckenmarkt and Lutzmannsburg; Velich was Falstaff's 2023 Winemaker of the Year. Hausmarke Rot, made since 2006, is the playful, accessible entry to the range, now produced by a solera that blends multiple vintages.
