Champagne Robert Barbichon is a four-generation grower estate in the Cote des Bar, now run by brothers Thomas and Maxime Barbichon, who converted to organics and have farmed biodynamically since 2005 (Demeter certified 2012). The Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature is 97% Pinot Noir and 3% Pinot Meunier, vinified naturally and bottled with zero dosage.
Tasting Notes
A structured champagne with a fruity nose of fresh red berries and cherry, beautiful tension, a generous texture and a clean, dry finish expressing the black grapes grown on living soils.
