Domaine du Val Lamartinien farms in Prissé, in the heart of the Mâconnais, southern Burgundy — its historic building sits just steps from the Château de Monceau, where the poet Alphonse de Lamartine wrote L'Histoire des Girondins. The estate, now run by Alain Triboulet, produces white Burgundy from the region's Chardonnay vineyards, including this Mâcon-Villages.
