About the Wine
The emblematic cuvée of the domain is, above all, a worthy representative of its terroir. It is issued from a selection of our most beautiful plots, all located in the limestone areas of the domain. They give this wine its characteristics: aromatic complexity, length in mouth, and minerality. The blend includes 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache.
Tasting Notes
The robe shimmers a light peach color. The nose is fine and complex. It presents notes of lemon notes of lemon and fruits in syrup (peach and apricot). The mouth is fresh and fruity. An airy and greedy wine with a beautiful aromatic persistence.
Pairing Recommendation
The winemaker recommends pairing this wine with salads, pasta, sea food dishes, chicken or turkey, and goat cheese.
